Our Price Guarantee Option is not for everyone, but it is an easy way to avoid the “change order” that some homeowners dread. The National Association of The Remodeling Industry (NARI) suggests that homeowners retain at least 10% over your contracted price to account for these “change orders”. These changes can end up being a point of contention between the contractor and the homeowner and can cause the process to more stressful then it should be. Some less reputable contractors will low bid a project in order to get the project and then use change orders to make their money as the homeowner is contractually bound to that contractor. This is not how Acclaim Renovations wants to do business. In order to eliminate this as a concern, we offer a fixed price for your project. Your fixed price will eliminate all change orders that may come up in your projects scope of work. The price you contract at is the price you will pay. This guaranteed price is det ermined by our standard estimate we generate through the design process and then adding 5% of the final price. Simple. It’s the way we believe it should be.
