ACCLAIM Renovations is a Design - Build Home Renovation firm located in The Woodlands Texas. We were founded in 2005 and have completed projects in Kingwood, Memorial Villages, West University, Bellaire and surrounding areas, and of course The Woodlands. ACCLAIM Renovations has completed work as large as a full home remodel to as small as a cosmetic powder room upgrade. All of our projects are done with our clients needs in mind. We provide our clients with a Design - Build process to save them time and money. However, we do consider projects that may not need the entire Design – Build Process.

By designing and drafting the project with construction in mind, we can make a more efficient project for our client both by keeping in mind what it would take to complete the project as well as the cost to achieve the desired design. Remodeling an existing home is not the same as building a new home; please keep this in mind when you are choosing your remodeling contractor.

The design build process

The ACCLAIM Renovation process can be summed up in 4 steps:

  1. Preliminary Consultation - This is the first meeting where critical details and ideas are discussed in order to create a preliminary price for the broad scope of work. This initial meeting usually lasts 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the scale of your project and questions asked.

  2. Design Agreement – Once the initial price range is determined, a design agreement is made in order to secure Acclaim Renovations services. The design process lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months, again depending on the scale of your project and availability. The Design Process is where all the selections and layouts are made so the construction process is as smooth as possible. This also limits the amount of time your home is “under construction”

  3. Final Price Contract – Once all the selections have been made, a final price will be determined based on your selections. This will be the price contracted on for your construction project. This is where our Price Guarantee option is available to avoid any unforeseen conditions not thought of in the design process. Please ask your representative about this option.

  4. Construction – Professional Project Management will manage our professional trade partners to complete your project in a timely manner to a high standard or quality you would expect for your project.
